Issue: Increase the wage.
The minimum wage was last increased 14 years ago. And although wages haven’t increased in that time, the cost of everything else has. And even though that’s unjust enough, so many people are excluded from that paltry amount: like tipped workers and those not recognized as workers (like farm, domestic and gig workers). But at least 62% of people support a minimum wage increase. Unions are more popular than ever. And they keep increasing wages and conditions for their members.
