Issue: Frontload, prepare, and still be prepared to fail -- and celebrate when you do.
there’s a lot you can do in digital to be ready to bring people in, engage, and inspire them to dig deeper with you. If you prepare data, segmentation, ladders, and brainstorm leadership rungs, you can frontload creation of spaces, pathways, trainings, toolkits, a/b tests, and so much more. That means when you need to be ready, you will be. But this all still won’t be perfect, so you’ll need to adapt and shift into the future. Test things, as small as subject lines to as large as asks and leadership pathways. Start small and scale. But adapt and iterate along the way. And celebrate iterating and learning and adapting as much as you celebrate winning. We are in the middle of human and tech organizing. We will try small things, like different messages, or channels, or content, or leadership pathways, and some will be great, and some will not. And if they aren’t, we’ll laugh and be okay with it, because that’s what we need to do. And maybe we can bring more of this experience to our real life, too. It’s okay to fail, as long as we try.
