celebrate iterating and learning and adapting as much as you celebrate winning. Test things, as small as subject lines to as large as asks and leadership pathways. Start small and scale. But adapt and iterate along the way. We are in the middle of human and tech organizing. We are doing some things that aren’t really logical in real life or in the ways we usually consider campaigns – we will try small things, like different messages, or channels, or content, or leadership pathways, and some will be great, and some will not. And if they aren’t, we’ll laugh and be okay with it, because that’s what we need to do. And maybe we can bring more of this experience to our real life, too. It’s okay to fail, as long as we try.
