Climate change is real: disasters like fires, floods, and droughts are happening with more frequency, and they are taking the lives of people across the country, especially in lower income communities of color (because racial capitalism is real, too), while also destroying our cities and infrastructure. 65% of people support investments in renewable energy and frontline communities. The Inflation Reduction Act is the largest investment into a renewable future we’ve ever seen, and we now risk losing it. We need to fight to keep the investments in the Act and find other ways to ensure a just transition that’s centering those most impact by climate disaster. Help fight for a livable planet.
