We don’t need to agree on everything, but coming to an understanding of what we’re fighting for and what values we share can help parse out bad actors. Once folks are in the door (online or off), you can use the opportunity to understand your list and people, their interest, and their capacity. Not everyone can do everything, but everyone can do something. All engagement is engagement worth tracking and following up.
